Clean it. Coat it. Cook it.
1. Heat one inch of vegetable oil in skillet or oils as required in deep fryer to 350°F.
2. Wash food in cold water; drain excess moisture.
3. Dip food in egg wash
4. Pour Millie’z Batter into Millie'z Dip & Fry bag or onto a plate. Roll or shake food in batter until evenly coated and shake off excess.
5. Fry food (a few pieces at a time) in hot oil until golden brown. Remove, drain on rack or paper towel. Serve HOT.
***Eggs can be substituted

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
2. Spray food generously with cooking spray (covering ALL the batter), place them in preheated oven.
3. Bake until golden brown—about 35 to 40 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Flip the chicken over halfway through the baking process and spray them with some cooking spray.
4. Once the chicken pieces are done, remove from oven, let them rest for 3-5 minutes before serving.

2. Preheat air-fryer to 375°F.
3. Pour Millie’z Batter onto plate or into a plastic bag. Roll or shake food in batter mix until evenly coated, shake off excess.
4. Spray air fryer with oil
5. Transfer chicken to the preheated air fryer in a single layer without overlapping. Fry in batches, if needed. Generously spray chicken with cooking spray (covering ALL the batter).
6. Set the Air-fryer to 30 minutes and start.
7. After 15 minutes, flip the chicken and generously spray the other side with oil.
8. Continue cooking for 10 minutes or until chicken is golden and the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Repeat with the remaining chicken, as needed.

1. Mix 1 cup of Millie’z Batter in ½ cup of cold water, stir until smooth. (For extra crispy batter, add 1 cup of rice flour and ½ cup water).
2. Preheat deep fryer to 375°F degrees or heat 2 inches of oil in large skillet.
3. Blot dry food, dip into batter mix and drop immediately into preheated oil.
4. Cook 3-4 minutes or until done, turning until golden brown. Drain on rack or paper towel. *Internal temperature should be 165°F (145°F for seafood & vegetables).
Make sure poultry, beef, & pork are cooked thoroughly.
*If chicken, add the chicken pieces to egg wash, let the chicken soak for at least 10 minutes or up to 1 hour.
*Egg wash, optional: Whisk together 1 cup buttermilk, one egg, and ½ water in a large bowl. Season with a 1tsp Millie’s all-purpose seasoning, 1tsp paprika, pinch of salt and pepper.
