1. Millie'z Heat Batter
2. Egg wash using 2 eggs. Substitute as needed
3. Coat 6-8 crab legs w/Millie'z Heat Batter
4. Fry crab legs until golden brown
Enjoy!
1. One chicken breast slice in half, flatten to your desired size, beat 2 eggs for egg wash.
2. Dip chicken in egg wash then coat with Millie'z Mellow Batter.
3. Deep fry for 6-7 minutes on MEDIUM heat or deep fryer setting
4. Lightly toast bread and create your masterpiece with the fried chicken breasts, lettuce, tomato, mayo, ketchup, pickles for garnish.
2-3 slices of avocado will set this off right!
1. Slice 2 chicken breast into cubes, flatten to your desired size, beat 2 eggs for egg wash.
2. Dip chicken into egg wash then coat w/Millie'z Flex Batter.
3. Deep fry for 6-7 minutes on MEDIUM heat.

1. Flatten chicken breast
2. Sauté garlic with spinach, let it cool
3. Chop spinach, add cream cheese, and parmesan cheese
4. Season chicken with Millie'z chicken seasoning
5. Place spinach mixer in chicken breast
6. Roll into Millie's Flex Batter
7. Pan fry to get slightly browned
8. Bake for 5 minutes in 350F oven
Slice and serve!
1 lb large prawns, peeled and deveined
1 cup Millie'z Heat Batter Mix
1. Coat the prawns with batter mix.
2. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet or frying pan over medium-high heat.
3. Sauté the coated prawns in the hot oil until they turn pink and are cooked through, about 3-4 minutes. Stir occasionally for even cooking.
4. Season the sautéed prawns and sprinkle red chili flakes to taste.
5. Remove the prawns from the heat and transfer them to a serving dish.
Serve hot with lemon wedges on the side!
