Spicy Sautéed Prawns

1 lb large prawns, peeled and deveined
1 cup Millie'z Heat Batter Mix

1. Coat the prawns with batter mix.
2. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet or frying pan over medium-high heat.
3. Sauté the coated prawns in the hot oil until they turn pink and are cooked through, about 3-4 minutes. Stir occasionally for even cooking.
4. Season the sautéed prawns and sprinkle red chili flakes to taste.
5. Remove the prawns from the heat and transfer them to a serving dish.

Serve hot with lemon wedges on the side!
